Iowa Democrats seated 358 of 359 possible delegates at the 2008 5th District Convention. Delegates heard from U.S. Senator Tom Harkin, Iowa's Lt. Gov. Patty Judge, 5th District Congressional candidate Rob Hubler, Senate Majority Leader Mike Gronstal (the keynote speaker), and many other candidates running for State House and Senate seats.
